Hi, my name is Pastor Chuck Sargent.  I am the Senior Pastor for Church On The Street Bellingham.  We are a non-profit, tax exempt, faith-based, corporation.  Our vision is to reach the homeless for Christ and to integrate them back into society.

We accomplish this by, first, ministering to the homeless at our church in old town- 901 W. Holly St.  We are open on Wednesday, and Friday nights from 5:00p.m.-6:30p.m.  I give a sermon, we serve dinner, and then we have fellowship time.  We also hand out sack lunches and give out hygiene items, socks, candles, and blankets.  During fellowship time, some people play cards or board games, while others just want someone to talk to or pray with.  We focus on building relationships and trust.  This is a place where the homeless can meet Jesus, give their heart to Him, and begin to walk according to His ways.
